Unzip that file and then you will have everything. Solution was to merge the separate files into a single zip and then extract. Reviewer: Esantiago - favorite favorite favorite favorite - March 5, Subject: Archive issues solution I was also getting errors with zip files downloaded individually or via torrent. Reviewer: romjacket - April 30, Subject: Please reupload as a single zip archive. Don't know why people are having trouble extracting. Works great, finally something that will be properly recognized by RetroArch scans. Reviewer: Lancer - favorite favorite favorite favorite favorite - May 13, Subject: Thank you! I'd like to see a full file listing though, because I deleted the "Samples" folder it extracted and now wondering if this were the audio files some games need. Not sure why other reviews saying this didn't unzip properly, it works perfectly with 7zip. How did you create the Debug Only dat?īecause the samples are still wrong, those roms use the parent samples as you can see in the Debug Arcade dat. The dll-files I am missing is because it's the debug version and those dlls are part of Visual Studio those dlls aren't in any runtime library. I don't know why your VS build would create a different dat-file, the source is the same. ![]() The attached dat-file that my self-compiled GCC Debug version 06afaea creates has the following line, indicating that the samples from the parent are used. Are you sure they are needed? VS it's already fixed, and those samples has different zip files as parents, so I assume those are need to play certain sounds. It looks like those samples are the same as the ones the parent roms use. Since audio can have different compression settings or captured by different devices, it's almost impossible to different ppl capture the same audio and have same hashs. ![]() They may be a bit small for some of you but it's a start!! Samples has no crc, it's just audio files that are played when a action in game it's triggered, I suspect those are needed when the spu isn't emulated yet or when sounds rely in analogue devices. Thanks Lodan for compiling, contributing and sharing. Ashura-X all your missing roms can be found in the FBAlpha thread. ![]()
